Set up in minutes. Here's the whole manual.
Everything a buyer needs to run Dazzle — from first sign-in to reading your first verdict. Ten minutes of setup, then Dazzle runs the demos so you don't have to.

Create your account and build your buyer profile
Your profile is the rubric every vendor gets graded against. Dazzle drafts it for you — you just review and confirm.
Sign up with your work email
Use your business email or Google sign-in at dazzle. Personal addresses (gmail, outlook, and the like) aren't accepted — your company domain is what Dazzle researches to build your profile.
Let Dazzle research your company
On first sign-in, Dazzle takes your company domain and auto-builds a draft profile: your likely strategic initiatives, your tech stack, and a working financial model. Takes about a minute.
Review and confirm
Correct anything the research got wrong: edit initiatives and their priorities, confirm or remove tech-stack entries, adjust the financial figures, and add evaluation criteria in your own words. This is the single highest-leverage step — verdicts are only as good as the priorities behind them.
You're live
Your dashboard is ready and your personal forwarding address is active. Everything below happens automatically from here.
Two ways in: forward the pitch, or submit the vendor
Forward any vendor email — Dazzle does the rest
You have a personal @dazzle address (shown on your Dashboard and Profile). Forward any cold pitch or vendor thread to it and Dazzle identifies the vendor, researches the company, finds the right sales contact, sends the invite, negotiates a time over email, and books the demo. You don't do anything else.
Add a vendor yourself
Curious about a product nobody has pitched you? Submit the vendor from your dashboard — a domain is enough, pasting a pitch email is even better. Dazzle researches it and starts the same outreach flow.
Vendors can also email Dazzle directly
If a vendor emails your @dazzle address directly, that works too — Dazzle logs it, researches them, and runs the standard flow. Your real inbox stays quiet either way.
Demos get booked over email. Vendors pay $5. You pay nothing.
Dazzle's invite asks the vendor for two things: the $5 evaluation fee (a secure Stripe checkout link) and a reply with a time plus their meeting link — Zoom, Meet, or Teams.
Pay-then-book, or book-then-pay
If the vendor proposes a time before paying, Dazzle notes it and books the moment payment clears. Missing a meeting link or a time? Dazzle replies and asks. Haven't paid yet? Dazzle reminds them. No effort from you at any point.
Waiving the fee
Want a demo from a vendor you don't want to charge — a startup you like, a partner, a team you know? Open the vendor's page and hit Waive next to the payment status. Scheduling proceeds as if they'd paid.
Meet Now
Already have the vendor on a call, or a link in hand? The vendor page's Meet Now takes a meeting link and sends Dazzle in immediately — no email round-trip.
What actually happens on the call
Dazzle joins and introduces itself
It enters the vendor's meeting as a participant and discloses right away that it's an AI agent evaluating on your company's behalf. No pretending to be human — ever.
It watches, listens, and asks
Dazzle follows the screen share, tracks the conversation, and asks questions drawn from your initiatives, your evaluation criteria, and your Common Questions bank. Vague claims get a follow-up; dodges get noted.
Twenty minutes, then it wraps
Demos are capped at 20 minutes. Dazzle closes the call politely, thanks the vendor, and gets to work on the verdict.
Dazzle uses your full profile — including anything you marked private — to judge fit, but it never reveals private details to a vendor. Sharing toggles on your Profile control exactly what's mentionable on a call.
The verdict: a score, a recommendation, and receipts
Within about an hour of the demo ending, the verdict is on your dashboard and in your inbox.
Four dimensions, one number
Initiative fit, credibility, effort vs. value, and hard-to-DIY — weighted into a single score with a recommendation: take the meeting, watch, or skip. Plus key findings and the one question worth asking if you do engage.
Transcript included
Every verdict carries the full transcript and what Dazzle saw on screen, so you can check any claim yourself before forwarding to your team.
One click either way
Take the meeting and Dazzle emails a warm intro connecting you and the vendor directly. Skip and Dazzle sends a courteous pass on your behalf. Either way, nobody waits on you twice.
Where everything lives
Your pipeline at a glance
Every vendor with its status — researching, awaiting payment, outreach sent, demo booked, verdict ready — plus journey stages you can set yourself, and archiving for the ones you're done with.
Priorities, stack, and sharing
Edit initiatives, tech stack, the financial model, and evaluation criteria any time — plus per-item sharing toggles and your @dazzle forwarding address. Changes apply to the next demo.
The questions Dazzle always asks
A bank of your standing questions — security posture, pricing model, implementation time — that Dazzle works into every demo. It also learns: good questions that emerge on calls get proposed back to the bank.
Voice, name, and disclosure
Set the representative name Dazzle uses on calls and how it introduces itself. The AI disclosure itself is always on — you control the wording around it, not whether it happens.
Troubleshooting & common questions
The vendor hasn't replied. Do I need to do anything?
No. Dazzle handles the follow-through: payment reminders if they replied without paying, a nudge for the missing time or meeting link, and booking the moment everything's in place. The vendor page shows exactly where things stand.
I forwarded an email and the wrong company came up
Forwards are parsed from the original sender's details, and marketing emails occasionally route through odd domains. Archive the wrong dossier from your dashboard and submit the vendor manually by domain — that's unambiguous.
What does the vendor learn about my company?
Only what you've marked shareable. Private initiatives and figures shape the verdict but are never spoken on a call. Vendors know a real buyer at your company is evaluating them — that's the point — but not your private context.
Can I watch a demo live or join one?
Demos are designed to run without you — that's the time you're saving. If you want eyes on a vendor immediately, use Meet Now with your own meeting link and join alongside Dazzle. Otherwise, the transcript gives you the full picture afterward.
Does forwarding have limits?
There's a sensible daily cap on new vendors per account to keep research quality high (and abuse out). If you hit it doing something legitimate, tell us and we'll raise it.
Something else?
Email hello@supercase.io — a human reads it. Include the vendor name if it's about a specific evaluation.
